Fitting-led renovation, with one point of contact
The fitter runs the job here, not a designer and not an office. That matters because the decisions that go wrong in a kitchen are fitting decisions: where a joint lands, whether a wall will take a fixing, which order the trades come in. We book in the plastering, the tiling, the plumbing, the electrics and the decorating around the fit, so there is one number to ring and one person answering for the whole room.

A kitchen is the one room a household cannot work around, so the job is planned to be short rather than convenient for us. Most whole-kitchen renovations are finished in under two weeks, start to walk-round. That is what usually happens, not a promise about your kitchen: a bigger room, a wall coming out or a floor that needs relaying takes longer. Your written quote gives the timescale for your kitchen before you agree to anything.

Well connected, never a sales pitch
There is no showroom behind us and no range we are trying to move. You buy the kitchen wherever you get the best deal, from a national retailer or an independent, and we quote for putting it in. If you have not chosen a kitchen yet, we work alongside trusted, reputable kitchen designers and suppliers and will happily refer you to them. Either way, nothing we tell you about your kitchen is a sales pitch for a different one, and our price stays easy to compare against anyone else’s.

A written quote before a date is booked
We do not price a kitchen down the phone from a photograph. We come out, measure, and look at what is behind the old units, because that is what changes the number. The price then goes to you in writing with what is included and what is not. If something nobody could have seen turns up once we start, we stop, tell you what it involves and what it costs, and carry on when you have agreed.

We are based in Pontefract and work across Harrogate, Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford. It is a small enough patch that a measure-up is easy to arrange and a forgotten trim does not turn into a fortnight’s wait, and a wide enough one that we are not depending on a single town for work. If you are just outside it, ask. We will tell you straight whether we can get to you rather than string it out.

The number is in the footer of every page on this site so you can look us up on Companies House before you let anyone into your house. It is a small thing, and it is the kind of small thing that is worth checking on any firm quoting to strip a room out.
